Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a poised leading internet marketing company for digital marketing services provider, SEO WEB Analyst®™ relies on this Return and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer on the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a refund or a cancellation may be processed.

SEO WEB Analyst®™ will, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the refund of any of our digital product (services) purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 30 days return period.

Customers requesting a refund after 30 days will be required to work directly with the technical support or customer service in order to authenticate the validity cause of refund which in turn will help both us and other customers reduce such experience with refund request associated to similar issues and help us better our customer's experience with the use of our products.

If a customer requests a refund and the refund is approved, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, in part or whole. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be refunded. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in cancellation. Refunds will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund...When a product is canceled, the customer generally receives a full refund.

SEO WEB Analyst®™ has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products (services). To promote customer satisfaction, SEO WEB Analyst®™ reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:

If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within 30 days of purchase;
If our customer service team confirms there is a valid reason for the return;
If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
In order to comply with credit card industry rules, SEO WEB Analyst®™ terms of service, our e-payment gateways, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents;
or For any other reason SEO WEB Analyst®™ deems appropriate.

ATTENTION:SEO WEB Analyst®™ Do not provide refunds for it's 14 Days Trial (which has a one time $1 processing fee charge) neither do we provide refunds for plan upgrades when on an active current premium plan. We do not provide balance refund or any sort of refund request.
