Malpractice is the contraven and subjugating the learning process of attaining quality education via our learning platforms, the following statement belows are not limited to such cases that will be considered as malpractice.
Contravention of our learning platform and qualification approval conditions.
Denial of learning material access by any qualified training personnel.
Fraudulent claims for certification.
Failure to uphold registration standards and programm qualification criterias
Deliberate failure to adhere to our learning regulations and certification procedures.
Misrepresentation or falsifying information as an approved trainer or certified learner.
Unathorised use of certification emblem, logos or learning materials for other unapproved activities.
Plaglarism of any nature by learners
Submission of false information by learners
Unathorised distribution of certificate exam questions
Withholding of information by learners which is needed to assure quality registration of learner
The process to report malpractice allegation is quite straight forward as long as they adhere to the format below;
Center Name, Address, and Number
Learner's name and awarding organization number or contact details
Title of the course awarded and type of certification
Date(s) suspected or actual malpractice occured
Full description of the malpractice
Detailed outcome of any investigation done by the center or any third party involved in the malpractice, including any mitigation circumstances.
A written statement from every party involve, which should include the informant's details and signature.
If the case is being investigated in-house then the party involve must be an independent staff.
Those who are accused of malpractice are carried along as the case progress.
Case submission alongside findings are executed and reviewed by us
PS: In all cases the informant identity are usually protected in accordance to Non Disclosure Agreement, which will be signed by the informants.Our safegaurding policy is designed to protect our learners from not having equal access to slef growth and empowerment in the upskill world of professional certification.
